Florals and Fay Jones

Service Description

Join me May 3rd, 2025 at 8:30-11 am for a morning in the garden of the Fay Jones Faubus House (On Governor’s Hill) in Huntsville, AR! This class will include a short tour of one side of the home to gain inspiration from Fay’s architecture and apply his design elements to the floral arrangements! After walking the garden and selecting fresh-picked stems, paired with locally grown Spring flowers from Mix Designs, we will hear from Ronna Precure who works for the E Fay Jones Conservancy, to tell us about the history and design of the home! The price includes a unique vessel inspired by Fay’s works, and a personalized arrangement that you design! $55 plus tax/person. Parking will be at the First Baptist Church of Huntsville and entry will be at the trail across the street from the church. I will have a car to shuttle the elderly or those who need help walking across the street and trail. There will be short distances of walking in the garden and home tour with options for seating.
