Drafting

Got an idea for a floor plan for your space, but need it drafted and drawn to scale? This is the perfect service for you! Bring me your ideas for a new space or remodeling an old one and I can help you draft new plans! This also includes exterior elevations. (plans for your design still need to be approved by an architect or structural engineer before building. This service is just to get your ideas neat, clean and into a scaled drawing.)

Decor

Need help furnishing a space or just want to start over on your furniture and/or decor? This is the package that can help you refresh your new or current space. This includes selections for furniture, simple lighting changes, decor and art. You will get a furniture layout with the details and have access to order from trade accounts through me. No moving walls or floor plan changes included in this package. This is just a service for free standing pieces, decor and replacing lighting fixtures as needed. This package also include 3D renderings of up to 3 spaces. 

Design

This is a full service Interior Design package that helps you design or remodel floor plans and also includes a furniture layout. This service can also include selections for paint, wall coverings fixtures, lighting, flooring, tile, furnishings, furniture art, and decor. You will be able to order furniture and decor from trade accounts through me, (some are exclusive to designers) with this package. You will receive a concept board at the initial presentation and for the final package you take home floor plans, 3 D renderings and interior sections for kitchen detail design and cabinetry or built-ins throughout the house. A lighting plan can also be included.

E Design $500/room

If you're on a budget but want to redesign and refurnish a room or 2, this is the package that makes things fast and easy! You will email the functions, dimensions and details of your space to me along with photos of furniture that you would like to keep in the room. I will email you back within 14 days a floor plan and furniture layout, 3D rendering of your space and a shop list of links to click and order! This comes with 2 revisions per room. Additional revisions are charged at $50/hour. A design service that saves time and money!
